Welcome, High School Counselors

Important News

To learn more about SAT guidelines, application processing, scholarships, admissions events and much more, read our high school counselor newsletter (PDF).

Blogs, Chats and More

We’re excited to introduce the newest addition to our blog roster, News, Views, and Updates — An Admissions Blog for Counselors. Designed specifically for the school counseling community, it’s intended to be an insightful yet in informal way of communicating periodic news and updates on the admissions process at UB. You’ll hear from several of our admissions staff members throughout the year, and will have the opportunity to join in the discussion by posting comments of your own.

As always, there are so many ways for your students to get information about UB. Our student bloggers give an unvarnished, first-hand account of what living and learning at UB is all about. Online chats are a great way to get quick answers to questions. And as always, students can IM us at UBADMIT.

Request Admissions Materials

To receive the viewbook, undergraduate applications or other admissions literature, please submit a Request for Admissions Material. Note, this form is for high school counselors only. If you are a student, please use our Request Information page to receive more information about UB.

Please note, our undergraduate catalog is now online.

Schedule a Videoconference Program

Can’t make it to campus? Our videoconference sessions are tailored to the needs of your staff, students or parents and include a student-guided videotaped tour and a live facilitator, all in the comfort of a guidance office or classroom. To learn more about scheduling a videoconference, contact Frances Bernstein.
